  • Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and tracking information when it ships.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping :

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (extra charges apply)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on destination

  • Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option selected.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹3,000 / $50)

  • Charges for expedited or international shipping will be shown before you complete your purchase


4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order’s status in real-time.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged:

  • We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Purkhaa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Customs & Duties (for international orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These are not included in the shipping fee and may vary depending on local regulations.
