Return & Exchange Policy

At Purkhaa, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Note: Certain items (e.g., sale items, undergarments, custom-tailored pieces) may not be eligible for return. This will be mentioned clearly on the product page.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at purkhaa2025@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable for damaged/incorrect items)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return Shipping Cost Will Be Rs.140/- to be paid by customer.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a faulty or incorrect product. Please contact us at purkhaa2025@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll resolve it ASAP — at no cost to you.
